There is another in Cambria County Prison in PA! I have personally visited several Oneida Traditionals (Many only 18 years old; the OIN-Business is now targeting the CHILDREN of those who spoke against him/Ray Halbritter!) who have and are being incarcerated illegally across the NY State line. There is one of the Onyota'a:ke youth there now. I plan to visit him if the OIN-Business doesn't stop me (which would also be a further violation of his rights!). He is going to be incarcerated for a long time (Feb. 2011 since earlier this year) for a minor and trumped up charge, which the Federal gov't THREW OUT because the "alleged crime" DIDN'T HAPPEN!
